How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will ship within 5-8 business days(Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) with the exception of Pre-Orders which have varying TATs stated in their descriptions.
Shipping times vary so please add an additional 5-7 business days once your order leaves our shop. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Kana + Kai is not liable for delays or items lost or damaged in transit.

How will my order be shipped?

After the changes to USPS that occurred in September 2021, we now offer 3 different shipping methods:
1. USPS First Class: This is our Standard Shipping rate. This rate does not include shipping insurance and estimates 1-4 business days for your items to arrive. 
2. USPS Priority: This rate estimates that your order will reach you in 1-3 business days and includes $100 insurance.
3. UPS 3 Day Select: This rate estimates that your order will arrive within 3 business days and includes $100 insurance. 

You can select whichever shipping method you prefer at checkout. Our Free Shipping Over $35 policy uses USPS First Class shipping.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it begins processing almost immediately therefore, orders cannot be altered. As of February 1, 2021 we will no longer be combining shipping on multiple items and customers will be responsible for paying shipping on all orders placed unless they are picking up locally.

What is your Return / Exchange policy?

Sometimes things don't work out and that's okay! We accept returns for store credit only. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 business days of your order tracking stating "delivered". 

Surf Club, Kana and Kai bows and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon receipt of item(s), Kana and Kai will inspect the item(s). Original tags must remain attached and item(s) cannot have any scents, stains, or other damages/defects. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges; additional charges will be deducted from the final store credit balance.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! New customers can use code WELCOME for 10% off of their first order. We also have brand reps and ambassadors with unique discount codes to share!

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely! North Fort Worth locals can pickup orders from my home in Watauga. Select the Pickup option at checkout to waive shipping fees and you will be notified when your order is ready. Pickups are set out every Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 4pm. Orders must be picked up within 1 week or you will be invoiced for shipping.
